   • All designs, images, content, and creatives are the exclusive intellectual property of Nikhaar Collective.

   • Screenshots, copying, duplication, or replication of designs is strictly prohibited.

   • Any misuse or replication may result in legal action, tracking via IP address, or permanent website access block.

4. Product Representation
   Slight color variations may occur due to lighting or screen resolution. This will not be considered a defect.

5. Right to Refuse Service
   Nikhaar Collective reserves the right to cancel orders or deny service without prior notice in case of policy violations.
