EXCHANGE POLICY

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

• No money refund is applicable under any circumstances.

• Partial exchange is available, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

• We do not accept returns once the order is delivered.

Partial Exchange Guidelines:

• Unboxing video is mandatory (continuous, unedited).

• Exchange will be processed only for the same product with zero manufacturing defects.

• Any damage, defect, or shortage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

• Clear photos and videos must be shared for verification.

• Requests raised after 24 hours will not be accepted.

• Exchange approval is at the sole discretion of Nikhaar Collective after quality inspection.
